(1021) American World's Fair - August 11, 1973 - Hotel Waldorf Astoria - Commemorative Coin. - Condition: Excellent. The coin is in a protective cardboard and clear coin holder. This large coin states that is was Valid for $1,000 Fairground Exhibit Space. It was evidently give out at the Hotel Waldorf Astoria's Grand Opening on August 11, 1973 in New York City. The front carries a Coat of Arms and the back states that it is a limited minting. The coin measures 1 1/2" in diameter. SOLD!!
