(983) Billhead: United Furniture Company - June 27, 1911 - South Bethlehem, PA -Condition: Very Good Folded twice. Invoice was for Harry Shipp and it lists furniture items such as: Bedroom Suite #57 for $45.00, Pillows and Bolster for $10.00, Refrigerator #73 for $14.00 and more. There was a discount offered for a cash payment. The bill is handwritted and signed by the Manager, Mr. Reidy. To read more about Mr. Thomas J. (1450) September 13, 1929 - Imperial Furniture Manufacturing - Furniture - Statesville, North Carolina. Condition: Very Good Billhead measures 8 1/2" by 7". Wonderful Southern Ephemera. Order was typed and was sold to the Statesville Chair Co. Stamped paid. The Statesville Chair Company was founded in 1919, and crafted 1800's reproductions. Price: $8.00 + Shipping.
(1777) December 11, 1885 - F. D. Osgood & Son - Furniture, Carpets, Ranges, Paper Hangings - Boston. Condition: Good Plus Billhead measures 8 1/2" by 7" and has been folded. This handwritten bill was sent to Mr. George A. Carter and is marked paid on January 2, 1885. Note the top date is December of 1885! Seems that even back then there were problems remembering the new year. P. D. Osgood & Son was located at 886 and 888 Washington, Cor. Pine Street. The bottom right corner has been wrinkled. (1882) Billhead - May 14, 1874 - Harrison, Beard & Co - Boston, Massachusetts. Condition: Excellant Beautiful decorative script at the top. Hand written bill. The bill was too E. C. Bailey of Boston. Harrison, Beard & Co dealt with Chamber, Hall, Library and Dining Room Furniture. This company was in an Exhibition in Boston and received a Bronze Medal for its Bed Chamber display. Part of the exhibit included the "Tucker improved spring-bed bottom". This billhead has been folded and measures 8" by 4 1/2". Price: $11.00 + Shipping.
