The paper itself is stiff. It states that this is a Mountain Home for Sick and Disabled War Veterans. There was a maximum stay of two weeks allowed. There is a Registration Form on a seperate sheet of paper with the Brochure. The form measures 8 1/2" by 5 1/2". The form is blank. Price: $5.00 + shipping.
