(1747) Letterhead - July 27, 1914 - The Fairbanks Company - New York. Condition: Very Good Letterhead measures 8 1/2" by 11" and has been folded to fit an envelope for mailing. This is a typed letter with a small paper included that describes the "Little Helper" which was a cart for moving heavy items. The enclosed paper gives the dimensions and shows a picture of the cart. The letter gives the wholesale prices. The Fairbanks company was based in Rome, Georgia and had started in the 1830's. In the 1890's a national distribution system was developed. The manufactured industrial products that included casters, wheels, handtrucks, dollies and related products. They are still in operation today in Rome, Georgia. Price: $8.00 + Shipping.
