This was evidently used in the classroom (perhaps Home Economics). The inside page is signed with the name: Mary Robinson - Period V. Some of the Chapters are: The Art of Entertaining, The Choice of Equipment for the Dining Room, The Rules of Table Service, Principles of Menu Making, Menus and Service for Special Occassions, and much more. A wonderful look at the scientific treatment of entertaining in the early 1900's! Also included in the book were two pieces of paper placed in the book. One is a full sized B&W Photo of a table setting that came from a magazine of that time period (great picture on back of elegantly dressed couples, and a small recipe booklet entitled: 40 Ways to Serve Dold German Wieners.
